Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage the office, supervise staff and handle duties for upper management. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Customer registration
• Make & receive phone calls
• Support manager in administrative issues
• Generate and submit daily report to the management
• Provide substantial information about the company to customers
• Develop and maintain filing system
• Provide general support to visitors
• Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
• Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Good command of Azerbaijani and Russian is must, knowledge of English is a plus.
• Knowledge of general office administration.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Working in 1c software is a plus.
• Knowledge of corporate behaviour.
• Fluent in business writing and conducting formal correspondences.
• Demonstrate telephone etiquette and conduct effective conversation over the business phone.
• Proven admin or assistant experience
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and Russian, English is a plus
• Strong organizational and planning skills
Working days: Monday to Friday Saturday
Working hours: 09 am. – 06 pm. 09 am – 03 pm
